Counterfeit shoes
I received counterfeit Shoes from a seller in Hong Kong. I contacted seller who denies their counterfeit. Seller does accept refunds but I’ll have to pay postage. I’m not sure how to proceed.

Open a return for an item that is not as described - the seller will be required to send you the funds to return the shoes if he wants them back (international sellers cannot provide labels).
This is the process...
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label (or funds to buy one) or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
Hopefully all will go smoothly, but since the seller is potentially already starting the game playing, be on guard. Don't let him string you along past your deadlines to get your money back. Don't let the seller talk you into closing the case so that he can refund. Don't let the seller convince you to leave positive feedback in exchange for a refund. Don't accept a partial refund.
If any of these things happen, you can always come back here for more help, and there are ways the seller can be reported if necessary once all is said and done.
