Counterfeit Ray Bans

Question

I thought I should buy some good reading glasses, so I bought some Ray Bans from a seller on Ebay for $140.00. When they came they were counterfeit junk, I tried to get a refund but Ebay shut it down right away and I cant even leave bad feedback. This store has 100% good feedback and sells crap, why does Ebay allow this? Dont buy from them, https://www.ebay.com/usr/eyewear.world

@ronko6 Did you file a not received refund request by mistake? If so then you lose because tracking shows delivery. You need to file a NOT AS DESCRIBED refund request, doesn't match pictures or description or doesn't seem authentic within 30 days of delivery.

4 business days after filing the return request if the seller has not provided a return shipping label OR sent the funds to your PayPal account to pay return shipping if they are in another country then ask eBay to step in and help:

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
