Counterfeit purchase
Hello-purchased ring on EBay 4-5 years ago and recently sold the ring. eBay sent ring to be authenticated and it wasn’t-suspected to be counterfeit. I suspect that stones may have been switched before I purchased it but Authenticator wasn’t specific about the problem, the fabrication of the ring is very complex so I suspect it’s the stones. Will EBay protect me? Now I have a counterfeit return on MY account! janice
