Counterfeit products
I've purchased a few things on eBay but never counterfeit products. I recently purchased a couple gifts for some teens on eBay that I've not been familiar Out of My League. When the teens opened the gifts, they immediately told me they were counterfeit. Where do I report this? The seller has not responded.

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described (or counterfeit)

If the seller doesn't provide a refund or a valid return label after 3 full business days; you will be able to Ask eBay to Step In

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.

Mentor1 week agoThe case will only stay open for 21 days. Make sure that if the seller does not respond after three business days to "Ask eBay to step in". If you do not ask by the 21st day then eBay will close the case in the sellers favor.
