Counterfeit product + partial refund
Hi,
I purchased a perfume and turns out to be a counterfeit product. Seller never answers to my questions regarding the authenticity of the perfume - I messaged a question on the same day of the purchase. I did noticed it right of way that product is not authentic when receiving it so I requested for a return/refund the day I received the item. The seller accepted the return BUT only offered 40% partial refund which I declined! Can someone please advise me on how to get a full refund from this crook? I would really appreciate any help!

You have a short window to go back to your refund request for this transaction and ask eBay to step in. They should review everything and let you know their decision. They may or may not refund you the difference, but there are no guarantees.
Some Sellers are eligible to deduct up to 50% of a refund if the item is returned in a different condition than as it was sent by the Seller.
If there is a spot to include a note when you ask eBay to step in, keep it short and to the point, since eBay can read what transpired. You could say "Seller offered a partial refund. I declined. I returned the perfume in the same condition I received it".
