Counterfeit Policy Violation
New seller here - Just found the resolution hub on our account and it shows 25 plus policy violations for designer purses that we listed. All of the purses were authenticated and a Certificate of Authenticity is shown in the photos and described in the listing. How did these purses end up in violation? What now?
