counterfeit policy for a legitimate item

I put a Kirks Folly watch up for sale and the listing was taken down because of the counterfeit policy. this watch is 100% legit - i have it listed for 250 OBO so it's not a high ticket item. In fact, it's a lowbrow watch. NOBODY is out there making fake Kirks Folly watches - how do I straighten this out and get the listing up?
