Counterfeit Pokemon help

Question

I ordered a sealed Pokemon card from an individual and received a fake raw one instead. The seller has not been responding thus far. They were a new seller when I initially purchased it, and since then theyâ€™ve been blown up with negative reviews about selling fake cards and slabs. The seller said directly in the productâ€™s description theyâ€™ll decline any return requests made without contacting them prior, but they havenâ€™t responded, and I donâ€™t know what to do.

I tried reporting his account and the listing, but eBayâ€™s AI automation declined every single one. Itâ€™s kind of ridiculous with how many negative reviews and reports there are saying the same exact thing.
Any help or advice is genuinely appreciated!

You are covered by Ebay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers. Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œdoesn't match descriptionâ€œ. Attach a photo. IF your request is approved, the seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item. If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 business days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
