Counterfeit perfume
I bought a perfume and recently found out it is counterfeit/fake. The problem is that unfortunately I waited months after purchasing to inform seller. I thought maybe it just needed to sit a while and mancerate because I knew right off the bat it smelled off. Looks like this seller has had multiple fake perfume complaints. She said there's nothing she can do because I waited too long and the system won't let her refund me. But when I spoke to eBay they said she can reimburse me the same way I paid. So who's telling the truth? Can she do a charge back or am I out $100? Help please!
