counterfeit parts
bought sounterfeit dewalt batteries and cummins turbo actuators. sent to factory and was denied warranty due to counterfeit items. ebay removed sellers but still no refund and cannot contact sellers. any options besides legal.

Mentor4 months agoeBay only provides a money back guaranty for 30 days from receipt of the items. After this time you can go to your payment source to see about a charge back if you are within their time limit. eBay has no way of knowing if what the seller sends to you is real or not since they never see the item. eBay did its job by removing the seller after enough "Item not as described" cases were made against the seller.
