Counterfeit listings
What process does ebay use to confirm something is counterfeit? Is it just based on one potential buyers opinion? Multiple buyers? Or is there a professional deciding these items are counterfeit? If it's based on a single unqualified buyers opinion how genuine an item is, isn't that subjective? Or multiple buyers opinions. I don't see how this justifies disparaging an authenticators reputation because of buyer reports.. It's scary having someone with decades of experience saying something is genuine then having ebay flag me for it, with threats that I will lose my account due to buyers thinking it's counterfeit. When I was told it was genuine and know it is.. Any advice would be greatly appreciated on how to avoid this happening again. ThanksĀ
