“Counterfeit” Listing Removed
Hi so I had an item removed due to it being “counterfeit” according to eBay. So I called to appeal and they prompted me to the online appeal which I supplied the store receipt for the item and a clear explanation of why they made a mistake and got the typical AI response email eBay sends every time I have a issue with something. Who do I contact? What should I do? The item was purchased at cvs and I have the same brand, different version of the product listed and it hasn’t been flagged so it seems quite random and ridiculous.
