Counterfeit Listing
I recently sold Apple AirPod Pro 3s from Verizon and my listing was marked as counterfeit after the item was already sold. I have a full PDF receipt from Verizon showing that the product was bought directly from them and is real. In addition to that I have a picture of the AirPod Serial Number. The product is absolutely a legitimate Apple product that is NOT counterfeit. I appealed this with eBay and provided substantial evidence to support my statement, but eBay did not appeal their decision. Now, I can't reach eBay and their AI chat assistant is just returning an error when I attempt to resolve this issue. How do I get eBay to recognize that the product is not counterfeit?
