Counterfeit Listing
I had a listing removed saying it violated the counterfeit policy. I don’t sell counterfeit items and it doesn’t tell me which listing was removed. I only list items I have bought personally brand new or items I have had authenticated from various sources. My questions:
1. What does having the listing removed do to my account? I have worked very hard to have an excellent rating.
2. What methods of proof does EBay accept to appeal? Original receipt only? Authentication services, and if so which ones?
3. How do I appeal this? When I follow the link they provided to the resolution hub, it shows nothing to resolve.
