counterfeit jewelry?
I am trying to make a report on an item that arrived yesterday, but can't find out how to do this.
I just bought pearl earrings advertised as Mikimoto, having been "bought a long time ago at Bailey Banks & Biddle". They arrived and I immediately message the seller with a picture. The box is obviously counterfeit, cheap with a new sticker made in China still on it. (Nothing against the Chinese.) The pearls are as smooth as glass and possibly not real.
I feel terrible because they are, "no return".
It has been 24 hours and I have not heard back from the seller about my concerns. What do you all suggest? Thank you! cm
