Counterfeit items and deceitful sellers

I have found about 3 sellers that are selling counterfeit items of our products that I have copyrights on and using our photos from our website. After I contacted each one of them on each item to ask them to remove the listings due to they are not a dealer for our products they did not respond. Just today they did change their sellers name to our companies name! So now they are using our photos, selling counterfeit items of our products and using our company name to do so! How do you stop them?
