Counterfeit Items
I purchased a Dyson air wrap from a seller on Ebay in May 2022 for my daughter. It stopped working a few weeks ago and I took it to the Dyson store for repairs. They confiscated the item and told me it was counterfeit. They provided a letter to that effect. The seller says they're sorry but .....
I recognize that it has been over a year but this seller shouldnt be able to get away with selling counterfeit items. It's not so much about the money but they should be held accountable. Suggestions please

·3 years agoThe seller may not even know there is an issue. The problem is that the counterfeits come over in cargo containers from China and are then made available to drop-shipper "mules" who may not have a clue that they are doing the dirty work for foreign counterfeiters. The most you can do is turn over the name of the seller to the store that confiscated the item. The seller can then turn over the name and address of the supplier, etc.
