Counterfeit Items
I have received counterfeit Morgan dollars from a seller. They are stating they will except the return, however the return address is out of the country. I know it is illegal to ship known counterfeit US money through the mail. How do I open a case for counterfeit items? I can't find any help on this matter. Thanks!
