Counterfeit items
Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has experienced EBay's counterfeit policy? I am being accused for selling counterfeit when I am not. The item is eye cream and I get that as part of a membership I belong to. The eye cream is part of the shipment which also comes with face wash and face cream. The company won't take them back, so I thought I'd sell it on EBay. But I can't because EBay thinks I'm making it in my basement and selling it. I have concatenation them three times and each time told that future sales would be ok, then to have it cancelled again. I think this policy stinks. Why don't they ask the seller for proof before making a blank judgement? If anyone has any answers please let me know.
