Counterfeit Items
eBay removed a listing of mine yesterday informing me it was counterfeit with a no reply message. The item was a football card. It was listed as a custom refractor from a company called PGX. There are 65 active listings of custom cards from PGX. If you look at sold PGX cards, you will see two Brock Purdy custom cards that sold for $49.95 by the same seller. My athlete card was Patrick Mahomes II, it was listed for $17. The slab my card is in with company name & logo is the exact same as the 65 Active listings & sold listings. I have no way to contact eBay & discuss this issue. Last year they did the same thing to me over Indiana Blue Sox Inc baseball cards. There are currently 57 active listings of those & several sold listings of the exact same card from that company. In 1987 I went to a home game of the Pittsburgh Pirates with my grandfather. The first 500 people through the gate that day received a deck of those Indiana Blue Sox Inc. cards as a stadium giveaway. I had the same issue. No one to talk to from eBay to ask why, why my item. As of yesterday, eBay is actively collecting fees on sold items they claim to be counterfeit. Are they accepting counterfeit claims on my items from a competitor? Or does eBay have a moron employee that doesn't look at currently active & sold listings before claiming counterfeit & removing my listings? I've been selling on eBay for two years. I've been 100% Top Rated seller since I was able to start being rated. How do I get anyone that deals with the counterfeit process from eBay to talk to me by 800 number or chat or email? The chat assistant just keeps looping its responses to everything I write in the chat box. Giving me topics to ask about that having nothing to do with what I'm asking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated
