Counterfeit items
Why does eBay allow counterfeit items to be sold; ie. Dominant violin strings. The real ones sell for $90 or so a set. The fake ones about $40 a set.

Mentor2 years agoThe fact that selling counterfeit items is against the rules does not actually stop some people from trying to sell them.
Buy your strings from reputable sellers that have have been selling similar items for a while and that have a demonstrated history of delivering what was advertised, and avoid buying from new accounts registered in overseas, or inexperienced sellers that might be getting their stock from sellers overseas.
