Counterfeit Item Policy...Again
I'm getting very frustrated with "AI" determining that listing I post are deemed counterfeit items. I've now had 5 violations per Ebay with the first one ignored by me, the second one proved the items legitimacy so a win, the third one submitted the same info I did for the second then asked for more info so I ignored that one too, fourth after 2 weeks of waiting and submitting all info from the second approved and third additional info request told I'd not proven the product was legitimate, and finally a fifth pending review still which I submitted a week ago. This situation has in my opinion exceeded ridiculous at this point. I have sold 54 items with 16 positive buyer feedbacks received-approximately 30%. Some of the reviews specifically mention product authenticity and that the item was better than described. Based on the 54 sold items and 5 supposed products that are supposed policy violations I have a 9% rate of listing AI deemed counterfeit products which I'm probably taking too personally, but at my real job I'm professionally state licensed and to keep my license I attest under penalty of perjury every 2 years that I'll uphold ethical standards when dealing with the public in all aspects. I actually take that oath seriously. Now that I've ranted my real issue is that the responses to the listing with bogus policy violations from Ebay neither tell me what is specifically a violation in the listing so I don't do it again in the future or what they exactly want as documentation to prove the validity of the product. I can't be the only person selling here who is being hit with these things constantly. The cherry on top is that there are rampant listing with counterfeit items all over Ebay right now that are evidently OK to some untrained AI bot. What to do?
