Counterfeit item- Paul Klamper brakes
I bought a set of bike brakes assuming they were real. Upon delivery I realized they were fake. They’ve been proved fake by the actual manufacturer, Internet forums and a bike shop. When I went to request a refund they seller deleted all incriminating photos from the listing and eBay now refuses to hold the seller accountable. The seller is still active on eBay and obviously has ignored all my messages. What can I do?

Mentor2 years agoThe original unaltered listing you purchased from is still available from your Purchase history. Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, counterfeit. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
