Counterfeit item, not yet received
Dear community,
I overlooked feedback for an item, and unfortunately bought it, which most probably is counterfeit (https://www.ebay.com/itm/405461040924). After buying, during the same day I cancelled the purchase, but the seller did not accept it, informing that the item is already shipped. On his page he put the policy that he does not accept returns. Four times I tried to contact the seller asking him whether the item is genuine or not. But until now he has not responded. How can I proceed in this situation. Any suggestion is much appreciated.

After receiving and checking the item, you can start with opening a return request for an item that doesn’t match the listing.
