counterfeit item need Ebay assistance
I am in California. I purchased a preowned Hermes belt, I received a new counterfeit item. I asked for return, the seller didn't answer, after the required period Ebay said to ship item back at Sellers expenses. Seller didn't provide return mailing slip or complete return address. They are very shady, what am I supposed to do?
