Counterfeit Item bought but found out 10 months later
I bought a pair of "real" Rick Owens assuming Authenticity due to the clear tag of "Rick Owens DRKSHDW Ramones", did a POISON authentication and came back as NOT PASS and Fake, tried to list on Grailed as well and was flagged for inauthenticity. But I realized they were fake 10 months later, is there anything I can do to file a complaint or anything that can help me? Thanks.

Unfortunately, it is much too late for eBay to help.
Call your credit card issuer and ask how long their buyer protection allows you to open a dispute for a counterfeit item. Many are 6 months, but there are some that are 12 months.
