Counterfeit item bought
I bought a Fenix flash light and found it had a cracked lens. Contacted Fenix directly to buy a new lens. They asked for the serial number and when they ran it, found that it was counterfeit . What can I do?

OP2 years agoBought it 11/24/23. Requested a return, seller has rejected. Case still pending.

Mentor2 years agoWhat reason did you select? It should have been not as described - the seller can not reject a not as described return.
If for some reason eBay does not solve it for you, contact your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a counterfeit item. If the seller wants it returned, he can send you a label after you receive your refund.
