Counterfeit Item allowed to continue selling and ebay does nothing
I asked seller tfoosiu_22 multiple times if this was an OEM product:
176716617631 - 94M Electric Replacement Shaver Head for Braun Series 9 Shaving Razor Head. He assured me it came straight from the manufacturing plant. When I received the shaver head it was completely unusable and even cut my face with a faulty foil. I complained to the seller and he did not deny that it was a counterfeit product. He said I could return - but recommended not trying to send it back to China - or accept 15% refund. I reported this to ebay twice, and both times I got the response AI has determined this is a legitimate product. So bottom line is this guy is continuing to rip off consumers on eBay and eBay is letting it happen with Zero human research. Packaging is a perfect match front and back. Product is a fake.

OP1 year agoI opened a case twice, and both times eBay denied my claim. I even talked to someone on the phone and they said they'd reopen a case. The original return item case gave me two choices from the seller: 1) return to China but it won't get here, or 2) take 15% refund. eBay uphend that. Two cases after that resulted in eBay telling me AI had confirmed an authentic product.
