Counterfeit Item
I purchased an item that ended up being counterfeit and can prove it. It been longer than the 30 days for a refund. I want eBay to make this right especially because they are allowing the seller to continue this fraudulent behavior.

Mentor2 years agoTo get help from eBay, you must open a return within 30 days of receipt. If you funded your payment through PayPal, you can open a case there. If not, you can open a case through your credit card company.
