counterfeit item
Seller sold a clearly counterfeit trading card. I requested a refund which the seller has accepted and is asking me to return the counterfeit item. I clearly want my money back and am unsure whether I can send it back. The account already has reviews from others saying that they were sold fake items too. I'm afraid the seller will keep sending out counterfeit cards while claiming they are "100 percent authentic". I can't find a specific Ebay policy on this other than counterfiet items are not allowed. Any thoughts?

Return the item. eBay keeps track of seller with returns for the reason 'counterfeit'.
Follow the process to get your money back. eBay will catch the seller.
