Counterfeit Item
The Valentino Donna Born in Roma Extradose perfume I received is counterfeit. The bottle, scent, and packaging are not authentic, and I’m uncomfortable being required to ship a fake liquid product back.
Because perfume is considered a hazardous item and must be shipped under specific guidelines, I do not feel safe sending it. I’m also visually impaired, and transportation is difficult for me. I cannot easily travel to ship this back, especially for an item that is not authentic.
I’m requesting a refund without return, as this is a counterfeit product and poses a safety issue. Please advise on the next steps.

Mentor8 months ago@ka544021. EBay does require a buyer to at least start a return request.
Have you done this step yet? If the seller doesn't willingly accept the return then you ask eBay to step and help and they will force the seller to refund you without returning the perfume.
Here's what you need to do:
Open a return with the reason doesn't match description or photos.
