Counterfeit item
I bought an item over 90 days and wore for the first time to realize the shoes are counterfeit. The return window is over and the seller isn’t responding to me.

eBay can only help for 30 days after receipt.
Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not as described.
