Counterfeit Issue
Hello everyone, Recently I have made a purchase of Diamond ring and seller has sent imitation of jewelry, I have started return process 2 weeks ago and now I see that seller/store not found. Does anyone aware of what to do in such situation?

Do you mean the seller/store has been closed or removed - does it show "not a registered user"?
What is the status of your Return - was a return label sent to you or are you waiting on that.
Contact eBay CS for more help with this - they can handle a refund or advise next steps.
Open this Help page on Removed listings
At the bottom Click on "Contact us"
In the Help Chatbox that opens, to bypass the bots, type AGENT then press the Send arrow
Keep typing "AGENT" to any bot questions.
For the box asking "Yes"/"Something else" click on "Yes"
You should see the options to Chat live with an agent, or have them call you.
Note: The Call Back option doesn't always work if your carrier blocks spam/telemarketing calls.
With the Chat option eBay will automatically email you a transcript.
