Counterfeit Dyson product
I received a counterfeit, Dyson Airwrap. I found out when I went to have it repaired at a certified Dyson repair shop in Pennsylvania. They confiscated it and said it was counterfeit and they could not allow me to take it back home. The seller is no longer on eBay. It was over a year ago. Is there any recourse besides legal action to get my $599.85 reimbursed by eBay. I have a letter from the Dyson service center certify that it was counterfeit and it contains the serial number that it was supposed to be etc.. Any ideas I couldn’t find a number to call or a place to email my information
