Counterfeit David Yurman Jewelry
I purchased a David Yurman pendant on eBay for $244. It arrived and I turned around and sold it on eBay. Now, ebay is saying it is counterfeit and it is being returned to me and, of course, I need to reimburse the buyer.
My question is why did ebay allow the sale to me without picking up it was counterfeit when I purchased it originally. This makes no sense.
