Counterfeit coin return denied
I was sold the counterfeit coin and the return was denied. I guess I'm basically screwed and counterfeits are allowed on eBay. I don't know why I'm trying to sell legit coins if counterfeits are allowed.....

I'm sorry that happened.
Did you open a return request?
What reason did you use on the return request?
If you selected a "not as described reason" and you returned the coin, your money would be refunded.
If you have already file a return request and it is closed, you can try a charge back on your payment method or credit card.

OP10 months agoI requested a return and the seller denied my request. I showed proof that the PCGS deemed this coin as counterfeit. I hear what you're saying but it's not that simple and they just denied my request. I'm contacting eBay directly and if that doesn't work then I will contact my credit card

OP10 months agoeBay will not help because it is beyond 30 days out. Hell it took more than 30 days for the PCGS to process it!!!!!

I understand. If eBay won't help due to the 30 days rule, then file a chargeback.
