Counterfeit Coin - No longer a registered user
I baught a coin, I received it and I found that coin is counterfeit. I asked to return it. Ebay asked me to contact the seller and open the case untill August 26 (We'll send you an email when the seller responds to your request. If you and your seller need more time to work things out, your request will stay open until Aug 26.). I can not contact the seller because he is No longer a registered user.

Do not worry about trying to contact the seller, you can't because they are no longer a registered user (NARU) Go to your purchase history click on the more actions button for the coin, click on Return item, select Not As Described as the reason for the return and follow through to file the dispute. Your seller will have 3 days to reply but because they are NARU they will not be able to, so on day 4 open the return dispute and click on the As eBay to step in button. A refund will be issued from the seller's account within a few days. If you paid with a debit card he actual deposit may not be credited by your bank for a few days because of the funds coming from an unfamiliar source.
