Counterfeit coin fake return address
I bought a coin
When I received it it was not in holder and graded as pictured in listing. I took it to coin shop and he tested it and it is not silver so it is completely counterfeit. I requested a return and the seller provided a nonsense address and has not responded to any of my messages. eBay says I have to shop it to get refund but I don’t have an address to shop too. How do I get through to someone at eBay for help?

Ebay recently changed their Money Back Guarantee regarding coins. It all depends on the Seller's return policy in that sold listing.
In general, when you receive an item that is not as shown in the listing, you have a deadline to open an Item Not as Described refund request on eBay to start the refund process.
If the Seller had no returns in that listing, the deadline is three days after delivery.
If the Seller accepted returns in that listing, that would give you more time.
The point is that you would need to open a return request on eBay that the Seller is required to respond to with either a return label or full refund.
If the Seller wants you to return the coin overseas, they need to send you the funds in advance for return shipping.
