counterfeit coin Ebay will not refund

Purchased a 1909S Indian Head Penny and received it on March 15th, 2025. I sent this off to PCGS for Grading got it back and was informed it was counterfeit. Filed for a refund thru Ebay, seller rejected the refund because it was 31 days since delivery. Ebay tells me that there is nothing they can do for the refund because it is past the 30 day period. What can I do to get a refund since I even paid with Express and it takes longer then the 30 day turn around?

As you know, your deadline on eBay is 30 days.

You will need to file a dispute with your funding source (credit card).
