Counterfeit Bag
I bought a designer bag. When I receive it one of the buckles was very loose and I was willing to overlook that but then I realized the bag I received had no logos inside. I was obviously sketched out. The listing looked like everything was real clearly stating the brand and everything. I ended up getting it verified and it ended up being a counterfeit bag. Although the seller might not have been aware of this they live in another country and wanted me to pay for the shipping and they would have reimburse me after which I was not willing to waste more of my money on. After I paid for a fake bag and then to have it verified. I’ve tried contacting eBay multiple times, even asked them to “step in” when they literally did nothing. No one has been helpful. They only respond with automated emails stating the same thing with no reply. This is extremely frustrating how it’s against their policy to sell fakes yet they already paid the seller and I am now stuck with a fake bag. Any thoughts on this?

The process to start a refund is if you received the item 30 days ago or less, you need to open an Item Not as Described refund request on eBay.
The overseas Seller will have three business days to respond with the funds for you to purchase a return label to their country or give you a full refund.
The Seller would need your PayPal or Venmo email to do that. If they do not, on the 4th day go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
Do not let the Seller string you along or convince you to close your request.
