Counterfeit bag
I bought a Balenciaga bag off here. The second time I wore it the letters started coming off. I took it for repair and was informed it was counterfeit. They were unable to repair the item so I reached out to the seller but got nowhere. I am now outside of the return window and want my money back.
Anyone else have this issue? How did you resolve it?

If it has been more than 30 days since date of delivery, you cannot get help from Ebay.
