I bought some Oakley sunglasses and I saw they are shipping from china, I contacted the seller asking if they are original as described on the selling post but did not receive and answer, I’m worried they are a counterfeit, fake pair and I don’t want them if they are. I don’t want to wait for a month to get something I don’t need because I always take my purchases to original stores locally for validation.

You will not know until the sunglasses arrive. Since sellers are not required to cancel purchases they may not follow through and cancel your purchase. There will be nothing that you can do through eBay until after the item arrives and then if necessary file an "Item not as described" case.

@natalv_15 As @jacbarcollectibles stated you will have to wait until you receive the sunglasses to file a return request. Buyers can not cancel orders.

Here's the info you need just in case the sunglasses are not authentic.

The seller will not be able to provide a valid eBay return label since they are located in another country, while they can provide a return label using a service such as Fed Ex it is highly unlikely that they will do so.

Sellers are required to pay return shipping for not as described items no matter where they are located.

The seller then has the choice of sending you the money to pay return shipping to your PayPal account OR refunding you without a return of the item. Do NOT pay return shipping yourself and expect to be refunded for it after the item is returned even if an agent says to do this as eBay can not force a refund from the seller for more than the original sale price.

eBay may place the case on hold for 5 days if the seller chooses the PayPal option.

99% of the time a seller in another country will refund without a return of the item once you involve customer service.

Returns to countries NOT on this list must ship via Priority Mail or you will not have tracking proof of delivery.>

If you do have to buy a return label with the funds the seller provided then you MUST enter the tracking number into the return request so you will have proof of the return.
