Counterfeit
I was told my item was counterfeit. But I bought new from a discounted store with tags on and receipt for purchase. I have scoured the eBay site but don’t know how to resolve this. I have tried contacting and only gets sent to areas that are of no help. Can anyone take me step-by-step on how to get this resolved as I’m sure this is not a counterfeit item
