counterfeit
I submitted an investigation request for a counterfeit item and Ebay AI says listing is not in violation of policy. However, the listing represents the item as authentic and the OEM manufacturer says the product I received is not legitimate. I feel like the Ebay AI failed miserably. How do I report this further?

The manufacturer needs to file a complaint with eBay. There is a special process for such complaints.
If you received the item you purchased within the last 30 days, return it for a full refund.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
