counterfeit!?
So I made with my cricket machine a wednesday addams shirt, with a svg pattern I bought off etsy, combining two images. I have now been flagged twice/removed post stating it was counterfeit. I tried to talk about this with someone (via window messaging on ebay? which btw ebay contact is AWFUL!) and they just went in circles stating I couldn't say Gildan which is just the brand of the T-shirt I put my hand-made image upon. So I took it off, even though it asks what brand in item specifics? There are LOTS of Wednesday Addams shirts outhere and I'm sure they aren't trademarked etc. ALSO, All my other shirts with Gildan in the title/brand are NOT being bothered and have been on there for months. Definitely feel targeted and **bleep** I can't pick up the phone and discuss this with someone from ebay?!

·3 years agoYou used someone else's copyrighted picture on the shirt. Yes, you bought the picture, but you didn't buy the right to sell it on a shirt.
The image probably belongs to the company that owns the production rights to the Addams Family show.
PS the fact that other shirts makers have done the same thing doesn't make thier product or yours legal.
