Counterfeit 1 oz Gold Bar 999.9 Fine
I bought a 1 oz Gold Credit Sussie 999.9 Fine with Assay Certificate and I can not get E Bay to acknowledge it. I get the run around and cannot report this Fraud. I've spent well over two hours at this. I spent $3600.00 and want a refund. How do I call them on the phone to talk to someone to make them understand?

It the item wasn't as descried in the listing, have you submitted a Return Request yet? If not, go to the Order, click "More actions" or "..." then select "Return this item".
You'll be backed by the eBay 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.
It's automated. The seller has a few days to provide you with a pre-paid return label to print, from eBay. Return it. You'll be refunded.
If the seller does not respond and provide the pre-paid return label, you will be able to click "Ask eBay to step in" from the Return Request case. After that, eBay will FORCE a full refund AND you'll get to keep the item because the seller didn't provide a pre-paid return label and it was not as described.
That's the best way to do it.. not the phone. If this was delivered to you over 30-days ago, you are out of time. There's no action to take. That is 30 days from the TRACKED delivery date, not the shipping or order date.
