Counter offers not being received
Good morning. I have had the same issue pop up twice this week. I have had people send me an offer on an item. I reply with a counter offer and it turns out that the counter offer was never sent to them. I contacted one of the buyers and told him to go ahead and send a second offer for the same amount and I will accept that offer, but he is unable to send another offer. That seems a bit strange. What do you think is happening and how can I rectify the situation. Thank you Mark Calvert Legacy Metals.

Mentor3 years agoBuyers are limited to 5 Best Offers, so if your buyer was not able to make a second best offer on the item, I would report it here:
