counter offers accepted
Has anyone else received and accepted counter offers then nothing happens? The buyer who made the offer never completes the sale? Email came up as you made the buyer a "WINNER"?
I am in fear I am being constantly hacked as this has happened repeatedly from many different buyers!
Is there anything I should do?

If you accepted a buyer's counteroffer, it becomes a purchase and must be paid for.
When a buyer does not pay, cancel the transaction after 4 days of non-payment have passed, specify "buyer didn't pay".

OP2 years agoTy for your quick response... The problem with that is the items remained in "Active" mode. The sale stated I had yet another one available, which I did not. And I've never witnessed a "sold" item response as a "winner"!
I was told by an eBay associate there have been updates, which I don't recall receiving notice explaining the changes. I am completely stumped!
The clicker actually timed out on the "counteroffer" and for that issue I was told the buyer has to accept and pay for it.
I don't think "cancel" was an option here. Weird, totally weird.
