Counter offer question
I accepted a best offer from a buyer on something I am selling. It doesn't show that it has sold and it isn't having the buyer purchase. It just shows pending when we go to it throught he messages. We have lost previous sales because of this. Does anyone know how to correct this? Is it possibly in our settings?
