Counter Offer - blue bar at the bottom has no words and does not respond
The seller made an offer. I’m trying to make a higher offer, but no matter what price I enter, the blue bar at the bottom has no words and does not respond. My offer won’t go through. I restarted my phone and cleared my cache of all data. A desktop browsers doesn't even have the counter offer available. Nothing seems to help. Please advise.

Are you certain you are signed in to the same eBay account the offer was sent to?
If so, check to make sure the item is still available and the offer has not expired.
Or try counter-offering by using a mobile browser rather than the eBay app to see if that makes a difference.
